At Universal Talent we believe it's a collective partnership between Agent and client. Our clients are requested to:

  • Be an active member of Spotlight.
  • Ensure you’re CV and headshots are up to date and showcase you in the best light at all times.
  • Attend auditions on time and be fully prepared.
  • Notify your agent of any holidays booked or dates you are unavailable for castings.
  • Notify your agent of any allergies.
  • Notify your agent of any injuries.

It is important that clients remember that they are not only representing themselves, but Universal Talent too. It is imperative that clients remain professional at all times.

How much commission do you take?

Our commission rate for musical theatre, film, tv and commercials is 20%.

If I’m trained in musical theatre, can I attend television and film castings too?

We strongly believe that clients who have the necessary skills are able to cross over into other areas of the industry. As a client of ours we will continuously advise on suitable castings and the direction you should take.
